How to use Organic Arnica Oil
Pour a small amount on the palm of your hand. Lightly massage this oil in the bruised area. Apply this organic arnica oil at least twice a day consistently to ensure the oils deeply penetrate the skin. Use this oil of arnica before and after a hard workout. The combination of organic olive oil with arnica makes it an excellent massage oil to help soften the skin. Do not apply this oil of arnica on open wounds.
