Does Your Hand Soap Contain Any of the Following Ingredients?
Amidoamine or 3-dimethylaminopropylamine are commonly added to even natural hand soaps however these ingredients have demonstrated to cause contact dermatitis.
Sodium Laureth Sulfoacetate (SLS), a synthetic surfactant that is accepted as a safer alternative to Sodium Laureth or Lauryl sulfate and commonly added to so-called “pure hand soaps”, however, it is still questionable as it is not environmentally friendly.
Dyes that are named as yellow #?, blue #?, purple#? are added to most hand soaps. These dyes are not naturally occurring in authentic plant extracts and should not go on your skin.
